How it works

Frequently asked questions

Do I need customer consent to send these texts?

Industry guidelines from CTIA say business texts should only be sent after the customer opts in, and opt-outs such as STOP must be honored. Laws can add requirements, so check what applies to you. This isn't legal advice.

Do I need to register my number to send these?

If you send them from a regular 10-digit number through software, carriers expect A2P 10DLC registration. Our A2P 10DLC guide explains it.
